About PXL

Redefining Modern Living

At PXL, we believe that where you live shapes how you live. Our premium co-living spaces are meticulously designed to offer the perfect balance of privacy, community, and luxury.

THE STORY BEHIND PXL

PXL (Pronounced as Pixel) was born from a clear belief at Raja Capital LLP: Bengaluru didn't need another oversized luxury tower or predictable business hotel. It needed something sharper. Built for founders, consultants, creators, and operators who travel to build, not to pause. The new-age business traveller blends work and life seamlessly. They value efficiency, intelligent design, digital ease, and authentic social energy. PXL responds with compact, design-forward boutique hotels where every square foot works harder.

Rooms are purposeful. Common areas are collaborative & Technology is frictionless. In partnership with Turnstone Hospitality LLP, PXL combines operational depth with design-led thinking to create a scalable urban hotel model— smart, social, and city-centric. The first expression of this vision is PXL 27 (560027). Our ambition is simple: To build a network of sharp, pin code-driven boutique business hotels across Bengaluru, one key neighbourhood at a time. PXL isn't just a stay. It's a momentum.

THE PXL PHILOSOPHY

PXL (Pronounced as Pixel) stands for compact precision & intelligent design, distilled to its most purposeful form. We don't build bigger hotels. We build smarter ones. Every square foot is intentional. Efficient to develop, disciplined in real estate, seamless in hospitality, and intuitive for the modern traveller.

But PXL is more than a hotel model, it is a hospitality platform. A place where thinkers and dreamers plug in. Where path-breaking chefs can test new food ideas. Where fitness experts gather their communities. Where creators, operators, and collaborators engage the city in meaningful ways.

PXL is infrastructure for ambition— compact in footprint, expansive in possibility. Many PXL's make the bigger picture.

THE ROAD AHEAD

PXL 27 is the first chapter. The larger vision is to create a network of city business hotels across Bengaluru, each rooted in its micro-market but unified by the same design intelligence, operational strength, and urban relevance.

Conceived by developers.

Operated by hoteliers.

Designed for the modern city.
